Causes of wear of sliding bearing of main exhaust fan and its troubleshooting

In mechanical equipment such as motors and fans, sliding bearings are very important mechanical parts. The sliding bearing mainly bears the load by using the pressure generated by the hydrodynamic oil film. Its operation nature determines that it may be worn. If the sliding bearing is worn, its working efficiency will also be reduced. In serious cases, the sliding bearing cannot work normally, thus affecting the normal operation of the whole set of machinery. This paper mainly studies the wear of the sliding bearing of the main exhaust fan, and provides reference for the practical application of the sliding bearing.
