2.1 Gear normalizing treatment process
Normalizing, as an important part of the preheating technology system of low-carbon alloy gears in China at this stage, has the advantages of short processing cycle, low operating difficulty coefficient and low cost investment. However, from the perspective of actual operation, the current normalizing processing means also has obvious technical defects. In order to ensure the reasonable development of normalizing process, technicians should change the traditional air cooling mode, reasonably control the cooling speed of gear parts, and avoid the negative impact of excessive cooling speed on gear processing. In the process of controlling the cooling rate, technicians should determine the gear processing normalizing cooling method based on the size, technical parameters and production environment of each component of the gear. After the traditional gear normalizing treatment, the cooled parts are stacked disorderly, which leads to a certain difference in temperature changes between the externally stacked parts and the internally stacked parts. Based on this situation, during the process of stacking cooling gear parts, the production personnel need to define the stacking method, ensure that the cooling speed of the parts is within a reasonable range, and control the excessive deformation.
2.2 Isothermal annealing process of gear
After being heated at 930 ℃, the forging blank of gear parts is subject to heat preservation treatment. When the temperature of gear parts drops to 650 ℃, in order to ensure a reasonable range of gear heat treatment deformation treatment, technicians need to carry out isothermal annealing treatment. In the annealing process, in addition to maintaining the gear parts stacking mode in the normalizing cooling stage, it is also necessary to start from the gear forging waste heat control. In terms of molding, cutting and cooling of gear forgings, ensure that all parts of the gear can maintain a reasonable cooling rate, form a complete and efficient temperature control mode, and avoid excessive thermal deformation caused by unreasonable cooling during gear heat treatment.
