V belt installation
1. When installing the pulley, ensure that the axes of the two pulleys are parallel, and the end surface of the pulley is perpendicular to its axis;
2. The installation of the two pulleys must be firm and not shaken;
3. If there is a deviation, the deviation of the deflection angle should be less than 20 minutes. Otherwise, the belt is prone to eccentric wear, which affects the transmission capacity and reduces the service life of the belt.
